My wife and I bought many mattresses and mattress toppers over the last 10 years from various big box stores and online retailers which all left us unhappy and constantly looking to upgrade. Then we heard about Helix and after doing some research it was decided, they would be the company we buy our next mattress from but they were little more expensive then the mattress we bought in the past. Then we added up how much we have spent on mattresses and mattress toppers over the last 10 years and we were still unhappy and came to the conclusion that this was an investment into our quality of life which would save us money in the long run, if this new mattress lasted a minimum of 10 years. So, we bought the helix Elite and I can say without a doubt that it is pure luxury. It is soft yet supportive and we no longer sleep hot which was always a problem for us. I wish we would have just spent the money and bought a Helix 10 years ago.

The mattress is extremely luxurious. As someone who is in their mid 40’s with fibromyalgia and pregnant, I found it very comfortable. Our only issue with this mattress is that with two people in the bed, you both sink to the middle and we would spend the night fighting to get away from each other. After 25 years of marriage we still love to cuddle but being forced to by the mattress shape was not the best for us. We are now looking at a slightly firmer mattress from Helix.

My Helix moonlight elite is very comfortable! However, I cannot keep my feet warm while sleeping in it. I don’t have this issue when sleeping in my other beds! This problem is year round, the temperature makes no difference.

The Helix Moonlight Elite has been a great mattress, but has problems. I wanted a firm mattress and tried a couple other Helix beds before getting this one. This is the firmest of them all, although it is not as firm as I would like. It quickly gets softer with wear and weight, and it has to be turned frequently. It has the full mattress width which works with my queen sheets but they still are too big. They are not tightly fitted, so they need to be retucked every day which is annoying. I would have returned this bed if I could, but Helix would not allow any more exchanges. I will keep this bed for a few years, then change out to a better one. I wish my Helix experience had been better.

The mattress took about a week to fully settle, I wasn't sure I liked it at first. After 2 weeks, it was the most comfortable sleep ever! We've had it almost 6 months now and still love it. I no longer wake up with sore back and hips like I did with my old mattress. We're side sleepers and it works beautifully.

Not sure if it’s the mattress or the protector but it’s definitely gets hot after a while if laying on it
