First night with this new mattress and first time in months I slept through the night. I have nerve and connective tissue pain issues, and this was the perfect amount of support with softness.

This mattress is much softer than I was expecting based on the product description. My husband and I usually have different preferences in mattresses but we both agreed that this was not very comfortable and returned it. There was a $99 return fee which I hadn't seen in the description.

The best mattress I have ever had. Definitely a bit on the firmer side but for us it’s perfect. We had this mattress for a month and we have had some good night sleep.

I kept this mattress for the full 4 months in order to give it a very fair shake. After all, I researched prior to purchase for longer than I’ve actually owned it. But I am deeply disappointed in this very expensive mattress! I was sleeping better on a 22 yr old interspring mattress with a sag in the middle. I am a side sleeper & my hips start hurting immediately when I lay down. It’s HARD even w/a pillow top. I flip from side to side all night. I thought it would “break in” but it never did. Now I have to start the research process over, risk getting another non compatible mattress & find a way to get this incredibly HEAVY king size mattress downstairs and do something with it. For the record, I have zero health issues, am not overweight, am 47 yrs old w/children at home, coach volleyball & am highly active. I travel some and always sleep the worst in my own bed now. This may be a good fit for some, but not for me or my husband.
