This pillow is extremely firm, much firmer than I expected. It provides plenty of support and definitely holds its shape, but if you prefer a softer or more plush pillow, this may not be the best option. Overall, the quality seems good, but the firmness surprised me.

This foam pillow cases are so comfortable I love them. They thick but comfy. They fit most standard pillow cases and they came in airtight bags. Great pillow and really comfortable highly recommend them
