I was looking around for a while for the perfect color and was excited when I got these. One of them was frayed and for the price of these it's not acceptable. You need a box to return and they didn't come in a box. Annoying ! Customer service was great as fiscal but why can't items just get checked before sent to the paying customer?

These towels are for a friends birthday present. They will be used on grooming tables at dog shows with his kennel name on them and the purple color is for Best of Breed.
