Beautiful and very good quality.

exquisite piece. strong clean lines , bright chrome finish. matches the all square design i needed for new bath in remodel. would be a 5 star but cost was a bit high to me, but piece was so perfect i jumped. also cup fit in rubber liner was pretty tight. thinking it will losen up after some use. not a big deal. frosted cup matched frosted light globes in lighting picked out, just really nice piece.

The tightening screw does not fit well with the wall plate. It torques the holder so you either have a flush holder that is angled about 25 degrees toward the sink or a level holder that is not flush and jiggles when you touch it. If you mount it 25 degrees offset though it would be fine. Also the cup fits into the the holder so tightly you have to use a fair amount of force to insert it and take it out. It doesn't drop into the holder it rests on top. The holder has the same diameter as the cup but the plastic gasket has a smaller diameter than the cup. The cup is heavy glass and weighs about as much as a whiskey tumbler so it feels real nice but will stay put in the holder if held upside down.

Very elegant, modern design. It was easy to mount and it serves it's purpose.
