Pretty just as shown in photos would recommend to a friend

This is a nice set, I think I wanted something with a little more character in color, but the dimensions are nice

Two of the pieces came with damaged glaze. I spent 45 minutes with customer service attempting to get replacements for those two pieces, only to discover they failed to listen and dispatched a full replacement set despite clear communication. After a mandated text fiasco pushing an unwanted discount to keep the items, followed by a phone call, Im awaiting further direction. There is no resolve at this time.
