I have not been able to use it to sleep but the quality is ok. I just need something a little flatter for myself, but I have used it for guest and they have not complained!

I like it but it isn’t nearly as plushsoft as I expected. I was really sad when I first felt it. I was hoping it would be more like a feather down alternative. However, the pillow is thinner and adjusted to my neck better than what I’ve used, so I decided to keep it. I have neck issues so that is priority. I wouldn’t call this “arctic” but it isn’t as hot as some pillows. I don’t feel any cooling though. Trying to figure out if I way overpaid for a pillow or not. If it keeps the pain at bay, then it’s a winner.
