I purchased this queen-size adjustable bed frame and was quite eager to receive my new adjustable bed. At first, everything worked fine, and I was happy. Fast forward a few months, and the disappointment set in. The bed is supposed to hold a lot of weight, and I am well below the weight limit; however, one day I went to lie on my bed, and the next thing I know, the bed collapsed with me on it! My roommate helped me up, and checked out the damage. One of the legs just folded in on itself. It was the strangest thing. Rereading the reviews, it seems others mentioned the legs not being sturdy, and I can attest to that!! To be honest, I used the bed maybe 6 times in the span of a few months, and it was already unusable. Customer service could not help me because it was beyond the 30-day return window. It seems ridiculous that companies no longer stand behind the products they sell. I was very upset and tried unsucessfully tried to get them to send me a set of replacement legs. I tried for over a year and was told they shipped several times; however, I never received them. I was very unhappy with this purchase and would not recommend it. I basically threw my money away on this product!

While the title and description says mattress is included, there was no mattress that came with the base.

The only problem with the bed was that the legs are made in two pieces instead of one they broke but wayfare was able to replace the item without any problems.

I bought the queen size for my partially paralyzed mother. I also bought the 5year extended warranty issued by Allstate. So far it’s working well. The only bad design is the legs. I don’t see how these legs can support the weight it claims to support. When the 4” is attached to the 7” to make the desired length of 11”, it becomes flimsy and crooked, not safe for my situation as well it difficult to adjust once in place with the right side up with the mattress on top. So, I opted for the 7” legs and the frame is 1”. The desired height for us was 22” since her mattress is 10”, but it is safer with 18” using the 7” legs. I wish they would make longer wider one piece legs for this frame as it is heavy and requires better made one piece legs to support heavier people.

There was no mattress included like it says in the description. The legs could be made a little better. I would not recommend this product
