Colors are interesting and the white is a clean white and not a cream.

My wife and I really liked the general--William Morris type--pattern of this shower curtain as it appeared in the photos. When the curtain arrived, however, we were surprised that the design of the central part of the curtain seemed to have been hand-drawn in crayon or pencil and then photographed and blown up. This gives the curtain a contemporary look that was different from the 19th Century style that we were looking for, and the curtain did not go with the more traditional valance that we had bought to go with it. It is a perfectly nice curtain that may appeal to many people, but it was not quite to our taste and we will probably return it.
