I never sleep a full night, I’m always tossing and turning to find a comfortable position. This topper has helped me tremendously by not having to adjust so frequently through the night. I was skeptical, but, I’ve slept so much better and haven’t had to add pillows to relieve my pressure points. So, this topper, in my opinion is the reason.
