It’s very nice but which it was bit heavy but great quality

I love this quilt so much, and am so happy I took a chance on the ruffle. I was looking for a bedcover "quilt" that had the material / thickness of a quilt, because I hate pouffy comforters. I didn't want something heavy or too hot to sleep under. This is exactly what I was looking for. It has the visual aesthetic and build of a quilt, but is lightweight enough to sleep under without roasting if you're a hot sleeper. The ruffle adds some textural interest but does not look like a big foo foo ruffle. Have cats? Me too. They sleep at the bottom of this and its doing a great job of not picking up cat hair.

I’m actually returning this item. I thought it was chenille, but it’s really a small ruffle.
