I have always been concerned about the germs and bacteria that transfer from the litter box on to paws then on my bed sheets to my face. Even with dogs walking outside then stepping in mud and gods knows what else, then jumping on my bed all I can only imagine the horrible breeding ground of bacteria our beds have become. If the sliver infused fabric prevents or slows down the growth of anything harmful then these sheets are well worth the money. I've washed them 2 times and the instructions say no bleach. I personally dislike bleach so that works for me. They have held up pretty good and are still soft and crisp like they were on the first day. Between 2 adults, 4 large dogs and 1 cat, I can promise you that the antimicrobial properties definitely reduce odors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the set. When I opened the package I noticed a couple of things right away. There was a noticable flaw in the fabric. There were also noticable stains on one corner of the fitted sheet. They are very comfortable to sleep on, wish there had been no flaws.
