The mattress did not have sufficient instructions for opening. It ended up exploding open in the wrong direction, upside down, and shoving me against another piece of furniture in the bedroom, which I did not appreciate. It is too heavy for one person to flip or move, so right now, this remains unresolved, so I can't use the bed its on nor much of the room its in. I'm going to keep trying to move it, but seems impossible. If it just weren't upside down... My likeliest resolution will be to wait to purchase a second mattress from a local store with haul away when I can and sleep on a airbed in the living room until then. I hate this so much. ETA: The mattress literally can't be flipped in the room. It would take out the ceiling fan. I physically can't do it, although one method from Youtube plus two chairs was close, except for the fan. Don't buy this if you live alone!! I cannot stress enough how bad and how expensive this experience has been.
