It says that you can wash the cover but it’s a little difficult to remove without thinking the zipper will break. Unless I’m using it wrong, using this pillow causes me pain in my kneeleg

It's a bit too large to be able to use it to fall asleep, which was the reason for purchasing it. The one that it was replacing was about 1/2 as large. I will figure out a way to make use of it though.

As a side sleeper with frequent low back pain, this pillow is a gem. Doesn’t make me warm, has a removablewashable cover, and keeps my hips and lumbar-sacro spine properly aligned while I am sleeping. Already noticed a big improvement in my morning back discomfort. This pillow is a MUST for anyone who favors their side (“fetal position”) for sleeping.
