0/5 for the shipping. The product itself seems like it's of good quality, but the packaging was really thin and didn't support the mat well, so it was broken when I received it. Exchanged it for a duplicate and the second one was broken also. Decided not to try for a third time. Customer service however, has been excellent.

I like the size as the rest are made too small
