Ties on corners and sides are very helpful. Bright white with medium gray embroidery. Had to iron out wrinkles after washing. Only complaint is that there was a lot of lose pilling inside the duvet after washing. Nice product otherwise.

Unfortunately it's my first and probably last time using Wayfair. Purchased this duvet cover set for almost $300 and I am really disappointed. The set has some decorative stitching on the duvet and pillow cases. There was some sort of fabric backing on the inside of the stitching that I did not see before washing and now my washing machine, dryer and entire laundry room is covered in white fluff and dust. I've now washed and dried the set 4 times but cannot get rid of the white fluff. Also, the fabric around the stitching has puckered up, so it's all scrunched up and will not sit flat. I did not spend this much money on a duvet cover to have to iron it every week. So very disappointed... I don't even want to put it on the bed as I'm so frustrated. If I'd purchased this at a store I could go back and discuss the issues with them... but purchasing with Wayfair means I'm stuck with an expensive and disappointing product.

Elegant but requires a few washes because of the amount of lint on the inside of the cover.
