Although I was initially pleased with the sets (I bought 2 sets), as you can see in the photos both dispensers are marred. The rest of the sets are very nice.

The actual product is beautiful. The 1 star rating is because I am on my 3rd round of reordering due to complete shattered items. The first time it came in damaged the virtual assistant was amazing and made it super easy. When I received yet another box of shattered pieces and I reached out it was NOT a smooth experience. Long, long wait times I did not know if I had lost the assistant. I asked for a credit along with the items since this has been a major inconvenience and I was told they don't do this.... really, I am in customer service and always find a way to say yes. Too bad for wayfair, I will not be ordering for a long time knowing that it is a risk if something comes in damaged. They are sending for a 3rd time and reassuring me it will be fine, well I am not confident in this at all. I have had good experiences with wayfair for years, maybe they are slipping, not sure but my inconvenience is worth me shopping elsewhere.
