I love the bed, but the delivery method was sheer stupidity. This bed is too heavy to be delivered without a signature. Left on lawn for someone to break their back trying to get inside. The sheer ignorance of this alone left a very negative long lasting impression of this company. Had to spend extra money to get delivery men from an unrelated delivery to bring this bed upstairs to the bedroom it was intended for. Angi service stunk. The rep was late and left the packaging mess in our driveway without permission. What would he have done had it been an apartment building??? Angi is a paid for service. Reps should be on time and more than 1 peraon is needes to lift this bed. It comes in multiple boxes. Roughly 300 pound bed pieces. Wayfair needs to request signatures for weight limits like this and Angi rep should be available the day of delivery to bring this inside of people's homes, put together and discard wrapping. Yes, thats White Glove service, and that's what a bed should fall under when it's this heavy!! UPDATE: This bed stopped working properly after less than 6 months. Attempts to reach the company by phone was pointless. They have a local number that leads to No one. It sounds like a cell phone. They did not respond to any of my voicemails. I eventually had to reach out to Wayfair. Though Wayfair attempted to help, the end result was a non fully working but refunded bed. This bed is too heavy to expect a customer to have means of breaking down and hauling away (to where?) for any potential replacement. The maker of this bed totally ignored their responsibility and for that reason, I cannot recommend this product.

The beds were very easy to set up and we were happy that we didn’t pay extra to have someone do it. They look great, the features are great and the mattress melts around your body per my husband. We also pushed the beds together and we dont have an issue of anything falling in between. I think the mattress is a little too soft for me but I dont fault the manufacturer for that as that is more of a me problem. My husband thinks its perfect and sleeps like a baby. I am debating getting a firmer mattress but other than that, its a great product.

Love this bed! Wish we would have gotten it years ago. The matterss is really comfortable. I sleep so much better with my head and feet raised. And watching TV is so much more comfortable. The bed is really quite with raising or lowering. I don't use the massage much but that is just me. It does work well. We got a split king so my husband and I each have our own remotes. Highly recommend!

I love these beds so much I’m recommending them to everyone! I’ve even had people come relax in my bed to feel the support. Great bed for elevation, nice vibration feature for pain relief. Used after a spinal fusion, great support for a new start.
