Absolutely loved it. Bought it for my grand daughter, she also loved it !!!

if there were less than one star that’s what I would give - I purchased this set in April of 2026 - I washed it yesterday Jul 23rd for the first time per instructions (this is my 3rd set from WayFair - never had issues before) the item came out of the machine bunched up and ruined - I tried to get a replacement. NOT a return or refund - this is not possible - due to the 30 day return policy - which I fully understand - very unhappy , super disappointed. - when I asked how to escalate my complaint I was given no help. I will not be making any further purchases.

This comforter set looks nice except for all the wrinkles in the fabric. It is packed so tightly in a bag, that it comes out with creases everywhere, and they some are impossible to get out! I tried steaming them with no success. I took the comforter to the dry cleaners and they couldn't get them out, I tried dampening it and hanging it from a shower curtain rod, still no luck! I also dampened it and took it to a laundry mat to dry it in one of their dryers that have the oversized drums. Again, no luck. So, I contacted the company, asking for advice, and this was their response: "We recommend dry or spot cleaning for our comforters. Wrinkles may persist due to the material." So, there you have it. Buyer beware.
