Purchased winter of 2020. Loved it the few months we used it. Winter of 2021 was mild but loved having a warm bed to climb into! Here we are in winter of 2022, put it on the bed after Christmas and absolutely loved it…..until it just stopped working. Very disappointed in its over all performance.

The display is not backlit- so the one night it worked I had to bring it into a different room to see it to turn it down. Second night it will not work at all. Just lines in the extremely dim display. Will not turn on. Tried new batteries, tried three different plugs. It will not work.

I have bought two of these one for home and another for my RV bed. I love the zones because you can turn on just your feet and warm those without having the entire blanket on. The wireless remove is also great. We just keep in in the middle of the bed and we share.
