I got this in the king size soft version. It is very comfortable, but it does not provide good support on its own for me. When I lay on it, my head goes all the way down and both sides will pop up so I have folded it over and that makes it comfortable. I am using it with another pillow and now it is a good position for me. I also found this pillow to be a very long king size pillow, so I will be buying the stretchy pillowcases. I am very happy with this, but given it is the softest, and now that I have tried it, for me personally, I would get medium, or even firm because I have issues with my back and neck. That being said, the pillow is very well-made and I think that depending on how you sleep and what you like, this is a very good and very comfy pillow. This pillow should last for years! Im very happy with this pillow. Its soft and comfortable without feeling too flat, and the Medium firmness is just right for me. The 100 organic cotton shell feels smooth and high quality, and the pillow has that comfortable Luxury hotel feel it great for getting a good night sleep...
