I’m really impressed with this pillow. It arrived in a nice box in a storage bag. I ordered a soft one and it really is nice and squishy how I like. Fabric is nice and there’s no weird smell to the pillow.

Nice pillow and it’s comfortable! I ordered the king and it fits perfect for my king size mattress. It has a nice cooling feel to it. I ordered the medium and thought it would be a little more supportive. It goes flat when using it but I still like it.

I got this in the king size soft version. It is very comfortable, but it does not provide good support on its own for me. When I lay on it, my head goes all the way down and both sides will pop up so I have folded it over and that makes it comfortable. I am using it with another pillow and now it is a good position for me. I also found this pillow to be a very long king size pillow, so I will be buying the stretchy pillowcases. I am very happy with this, but given it is the softest, and now that I have tried it, for me personally, I would get medium, or even firm because I have issues with my back and neck. That being said, the pillow is very well-made and I think that depending on how you sleep and what you like, this is a very good and very comfy pillow. This pillow should last for years! The Pacific Coast PCS10182 Luxury Down Soft pillow has an excellent soft, airy, and luxurious feel. It is very comfortable and does not have the dense or heavy core feeling that I have experienced with other feather-and-down pillows. The down compresses naturally and molds nicely around the head, which gives it a true high-end hotel feel. My only drawback is that the Soft version could use a little more loft and lift. I really like the overall feel and softness, but I would prefer slightly more support without adding density or stiffness. Because of that, I would likely choose the Medium or Firm version next time to maintain the same plush down feel while getting a little more height. Overall, this is one of the most comfortable down pillows I have tried, especially if you prefer a soft, lightweight, non-dense pillow.
