The all season 100 cotton cover goose feather and goose down down fiber comforter is light and has a clean thin profile. It’s been perfect for sleeping in my AC in a Miami summer. I’m sure it will do equally well in the autumn and winter.

I really like this duvet insert. I don't think you would want to use it as a comforter by itself, although you could. It feels plush and luxurious, and the weight is just right - nice and cozy. It has a little strap across each corner to facilitate tying a duvet cover on. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the "crinkling" noise you hear when you are moving it. The outer cover is made with a sort of stiff fabric that makes noise like plastic when you move it. Regardless, I'm still satisfied with the duvet. UPDATE: I really got tired of the crinkling noise. I think I'll put this duvet in my spare bedroom instead. I like a perfectly quiet duvet.

This is a great, summer-weight comforter. The other down comforter I have gets really warm and it's old enough to where the filling has shifted and it's kinda lumpy. I don't think this one will do that at all. It's a high-quality duvet. I've used it every night since I got it. I'm getting rid of my other one.

OVERALL: A solid all-season duvet as long as you're not a hot sleeper. I got the cal king size for my king bed because I wanted a more draped looked; be sure to read the dimensions before purchasing. PRO: Well constructed! Has loops on all the corners so that you can properly secure your duster insert. We've already washed it according to directions (tumble dry low) and the filling has stayed inside the duvet with no leakage. CON: Very loud and crinkly sounding material. There is no trying to sneak into bed, especially if your partner is a light sleeper. For this reason, we probably won't keep it long term.

The picture makes it look al little bit more fluffy than it actually is, and the cotton is a bit crunchy/noisy. But I suppose being 100% cotton, that's to be expected. Overall, nice down/feather insert that does wash and dry really well. Drying took a few hours on low. It's a bit warmer than a polyester fill, but still comfortable. I appreciate the OEKO-TEX and RDS certifications.
