Perfect for what I needed it’s very soft and it seams very well made. I have 2 mattresses on top of each other so I could have got a king size of this and it would be easier to put on but it stretched out very good and fits great. I am very happy with this.

Once I received this mattress protector and compared it to my old one, I was quite disappointed. First, it doesn't have any padding in it. My old one is quilted and thus has padding for the top layer. The waterproof fabric on this one looks like cheap plastic (not as bad as I've seen on other mattress protectors); it's shiny and crunchy. My old one is an actual fabric and does actually protect my mattress. The next issue is how the two pieces are connected: they are stuck together with some method that merely presses the two together in a pattern. My old one is actually sewn together. I wonder if this one will tear. Finally, unfortunately, this one is much smaller. It was extremely difficult to put on the mattress--very tight. I got it on and it lies very nicely. The plus is that it won't bunch up like my current one does. However, I'm afraid that once I was it in warm water and dry it, it will shrink so and thus not fit at all. I prefer washing my bedding in warm water. I will wash this one in cold and not dry it--I'll hang it to dry. One plus--the fabric used for the side is better than my the fabric on my old protector. It's not as slippery. But I am afraid that the elastic band might wear out because it is so tight. Oh, and the tag is on the outside! This one will work as a back-up.

This mattress cover fits my queen size mattress well. I needed a deep pocket sided cover for this thick mattress. It keeps the mattress clean and protects it from any spills. It is easy to put on and take off for washing.
