Surmatelas rafraîchissant PCM Tech pour dormeuses chaudes Sunmmer

I am very disappointed with this mattress for hot sleepers. I had high hopes for it when I first opened the vacuum sealed package. The top fabric felt so cool. Before using it, I laundered it in cold water and air-dried it. After laundering, the top fabric was still cool to the touch and felt moist although it was thoroughly dry. I covered it with a cotton bottom sheet and slept on it for several weeks during the heat wave of this summer. Each night, I was still hot and the pad did not nothing to alleviate my body heat. Due to the fact that this pad is nicely padded with puffy fiber fill, my body heat was reflected back to my body and therefore, I was practically sweating throughout the night. It is like sleeping on top of a puffy comforter. I believe that once this pad is covered with a sheet, the cooling action of the top fabric cannot act to cool a sleeping body. I will not sleep on this pad without a bottom sheet covering and protecting the mattress pad. It is much easier to launder a sheet than a bulky mattress pad. I really do not recommend this mattress pad. It fit very well over my 14" mattress with the elastic knitted side

This mattress pad is fluffy and comfortable to sleep on. I did not notice it being particularly cooling, but it certainly doesn't make the bed feel too warm. I think it's perfect for year-round use. It's a nice quality and it easily fit over my mattress.

Perfect mattress pad for our guest bedroom. Has an almost waterproof layer, so after washing it was still soaked after the spin cycle (nothing that hanging to dry can’t fix). It’s plush and comfortable, definitely doesn’t sleep too hot. Would definitely consider for other beds in the house!

While this mattress pad is nice in general, I don’t notice any particular cooling effect with a fitted sheet on top of it. The fabric of the mattress pad is definitely cool to the touch, particularly after washing and drying in the dryer, because at first, I wasn’t sure that it was completely dry after a tumble in the dryer. It was so cool that it felt damp, so I hung the mattress pad up for a couple of days and it still felt just as damp until I realized that it was actually dry it just was very cool to the touch. It’s comfortable to sleep on. I just don’t particularly notice a cooling effect.

This is a nice mattress pad! My bed is memory foam and tends to get warm, this cooling mattress pad makes a huge difference in my comfort while sleeping. I don’t wake up during the night hunting for a cooler spot in the mattress. It adds a subtle softness as well.
