It was packaged beautifully and felt like I was actually opening a gift. The towels and robe are so soft and luxurious. I’ve washed them several times and haven’t experienced any piling. I’m not sure what else to say except that I absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I am obsessed! The robe is long, warm, and cozy. It's soft and is wonderful to hop into after a shower! But the towels...AMAZING! They are super soft and very absorbant. Every other I own is now subpar and I don't want to use them anymore! I have never loved a towel so much! I am so glad it came with two in the set! I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!
