Absolutely love this pillow. I have tried it out for a week now and I am sleeping so much better. With my former pillows, I would wake up countless times during the night to turn the pillow over because they made my head so hot. For a week now, using Pillow Gal, I do not wake up at all. Please note, these are soft and squishy pillows (which is my preference). I mold the pillow to shape which is easy to do with Pillow Gal soft pillows. It is best to order two if you prefer to sleep higher up.

Not very supportive at all

It points in the night I need a firm pillow & at points I need a soft pillow. I don’t think that pillow is made. However if you’re a stomach sleeper these are great for that position.

It feels supportive without being too firm, and I don’t wake up constantly flipping my pillow over to find the cool side. Such a simple upgrade that’s made a big difference in my sleep.
