I purchased this pillow to support my shoulder while side sleeping. The size is good, and the 7" depth seemed ideal. However, when it arrived I realized why it wouldn't work for me. The pillow and the pillowcase are well made, but the pillow is spongy, meaning it's not firm enough to offer the support I needed. I would have liked to have kept it... but it just didn't work for me.

For a side sleeper with chronic neck, pain that results of migraines, this pillow has been a game changer. It has not cured my migraines, it has not made all of my trouble go away, but it has truly helped me be able to rest better and wake up feeling better. I highly recommend you give this pillow a try

I ordered a standard size pillow but there were no standard size pillow covers. I had to order king size pillow covers, which work, but was annoying.

At first I didnt think I would like them. I was thinking that It was going to be more of a heavy memory foam texture. It is more the texture of a regular pillow. The shape is perfect for a side sleeper. The pillow cradles your head perfectly

The pillow I received looks like this but has a depressed tufted area in the middle for one's head. It doesn't match the picture. However, the height looks to be the same as the one I received in the picture, and it's very comfortable. I slept well the first night and am looking forward to more restful nights ahead. For once I woke up with no headaches!
