I recently ordered a new Polysleep mattress to upgrade from my 2020 queen to a king. I loved my original Polysleep, but the new mattress feels much firmer and significantly less comfortable. I wasn’t expecting such a difference and am concerned that the model or materials has changed. I reached out to Polysleep for support resolving my concerns and they have not been helpful, they only suggested I purchase an additional topper for the mattress. The Polysleep mattress is already more expensive than comparable mattresses from their competitors and purchasing a topper makes it even less appealing. I’d really like to stay with Polysleep, but their current mattresses have really dropped in quality. At this stage, I’m looking into returning the mattress and purchasing from a competitor.

We stayed at an Airbnb recently that had this couch/bed and loved it! We had to check it out and looked it up. Now need to get one for home!
