I purchased two sets of the Luxury Pinch Pleat White Down Feather Pillows by Puredown in King Size—one set of 2 for myself and one set of 2 for my daughter. Overall, the quality of the pillows is impressive, and the material is soft and inviting. However, they just aren’t the right fit for me. Personally, I find the pillows to be overly stuffed. They feel quite firm, making it difficult for me to find a comfortable position it feels like I’m wrestling with them rather than enjoying a restful night’s sleep. I often feel that they hold my head up too high, which puts my neck at an awkward angle. In contrast, my daughter really enjoys her pillows, so it seems that pillow preference is quite subjective. I tend to prefer a much softer, squishier pillow that I can easily hug. Additionally, I wish these pillows stayed cooler throughout the night, as I find they don’t provide the refreshing sensation I’m looking for. Although I will be returning my set, I’ve already ordered a softer set from Wayfair, which should arrive by Wednesday. They’ll be picking up the pillows that Im returning tomorrow. My daughter, however, has decided to keep hers. I wanted to share my experience in hopes it helps others with their decision. It’s all about personal preference. When I contacted Wayfair to arrange my return, the process was seamless. The customer service representative was professional and friendly, which really means a lot to me when dealing with large companies. It certainly makes me a loyal customer for life.
