First pillows in a while that I didn’t want to flip all night These came compressed, so don’t judge them in the first hour. I pulled them out, unzipped the covers a bit, and let them sit overnight. By morning they had actual loft. The adjustable fill is why they work. I’m a side sleeper and the first night felt a little tall, so I took some foam out of one pillow. That made the difference. My partner left theirs fuller. Same set, two different preferences. They sleep cooler than the old solid memory foam pillows I had. Not ice-cold, just not that trapped-heat feeling after an hour. Covers come off and go in the wash, which is the only way I keep pillows around. If you buy these, do two things: give them a day to expand, then actually adjust the fill instead of sleeping on them as-shipped. That’s how you get your money’s worth. I’m keeping this pair and not going back to the cheap bed-in-a-bag pillows.

This set of two standard pillows is really comfortable. The shredded memory foam feels soft and cooling, and I like that the firmness is adjustable. They fluffed up nicely within 24 hours, honestly, a little too fluffed for my taste. I’ve been trying to figure out how to remove some of the foam to make them lower, but I don’t see any easy way to do it without unsewing the pillow itself. They do come with a zipped protective case, which is great for keeping everything clean. Overall, they’re good quality and very comfy, just a bit fuller than I prefer.

These pillows are quite firm with some bounce back once pressure is applied. They come vacuum sealed, but fluff out quite quickly. The description gives the impression that you can unzip the bag to take some of the foam out to customize the firmness, but that’s not correct. Upon unzipping the outer cover, the foam is in a stitch sealed bag. Not the most comfortable for sleeping given the firmness, but the pillows do offer good back support.

The pillows are ok. I don’t know if shipping has an issue to do with it. They arrived with the pillows busting out the box and vacuum seal broken. The pillows were still clean and no damage done to them. After letting them expand a bit more they were quite lumpy as seen in the photos. In terms of an actual pillow they were a medium firm. I think if the lumps work themselves out the pillow would be more comfortable

Received quickly. Packed well. Forgot to take picture when removed from package. Was very compressed. When removed, fluff and place aside. Within 2 days, very full. Pillow is very soft and firm. Not too comfortable to sleep, but nice for back support when sitting on bed.
