This is a wedge pillow that has a detachable top portion for neck support. It came shrink-wrapped so let it puff out for a day to make sure it was at its softest. I got it for my acid reflux. I tried it in several configurations and because I am short I ended up detaching the buttoned neck support and moving it where it would give my neck the most support while sleeping on my back. It could use a second support piece for lower back support as well. That would be ideal. It helped with my comfort during sleep except for the lower back.

Is not a set of 3. Is only one piece. I ordered it for me, my older son and otter for my younger son a total of 3 because it said in description it was a set of 3 but not. My son is using it and he is sleeping better now. Material is comfortable not soft but still a very comfortable and strong pillow.

Multiple people in my fam have GERD/acid reflux so I ordered this pillow to see if it would help them. So far so good! It’s soft. My youngest is a side sleeper so it’s a little bit hard for him to use, but he uses it anyways. Very happy with it.

Package arrived quickly and int good shipping condition. It expanded well and Wichita and is very firm, which is great! Ive used it a few times now due to being pregnant and trying to find a more comfortable position and it is a warm welcome as it helps change how I can sleep at night and is still comfiest despite being on my back. Would recommend!

This wedge pillow came shrink wrapped. I was SO surprised that it puffed up so quickly. Its now been a day since I opened it and its nice and full. Its very comfortable for reading and watching TV in bed. Its also useful on the couch too.
