I love this mattress. I waited 48 hours before I slept on it as instructed. The cooling gel is great for those night sweats and an added bonus. It’s very comfortable to sleep on. And it was easy to put together.

This mattress is definitely not medium firm at all. It is very soft and I am concerned that it won't be comfortable for me. I like a firm mattress but find that they don't last very long so I thought medium firm might be the better choice. We'll see. The mattress cover was also pretty badly snagged, which is concerning as well. I hope the cooling technology works as described. I haven't slept on it yet but will update with a verdict on the coolness.

This bed is so comfy. We really needed to get a new mattress for a long time and I came across this. It is more firm than the medium soft. I also ordered a new bed frame to just liven up our bedroom. It’s a win for us.

So this mattress got unpacked and decompressed quickly and easily. I’m really glad we went with the 16 inch on our platform bed. It actually sits up higher that our old mattress and I was worried it might be too low and was pleasantly surprised. I like to sink in and be cushioned a bit since I’m a side sleeper with hip pain and this worked well. I haven’t noticed an overtly cooling effect but then again that could be due to my hot flashes. This was a welcome change since we’d had our last mattress for 12 years.

This is a high quality mattress. It feels slightly cool when you touch it which will be amazing in the summers. We have the cooling pillows but now we have the mattress! Feels super comfortable but haven’t slept on it yet.
