The mattress arrived safe and I had no issues opening it on the bed frame. You definitely have to wait approximately 72 hours before it is fully expanded. We still had to sleep on it because we had no other option, you could tell a difference every day the mattress was better. I gave this three stars because I’m basing it on my opinion and my husband‘s opinion, he hates it because It’s too soft. The edges do not have support and he literally almost fell off the bed I like it because my hips stopped hurting and I am sleeping better than our previous old mattress.

Really nice and heavy mattress. It will not slide around like cheap mattresses will. It’s a deep bed and seems very comfortable and support distributed evenly. It immediately opened and unrolled in to shape. Did not notice a chemical odor to it. This is for my grandson to be used on a nightly basis. A definite recommendation!

I ordered the mattress to complete the bed in the guest room. To my pleasant surprise the mattress was very supportive and comfortable. The balance of coils and memory foam is amazing. Once open the mattress expanded instantly

First off this box was so skinny and torn on the driveway when delivered, I was worried. It was also incredibly heavy at over 100 lbs, it took two of us to struggle getting it inside and upstairs! However once we unwrapped it and let it rest for a couple of hours it became this beautiful and very comfortable mattress. No one has slept on it overnight but testing it out while laying on it is a lot like laying on a very soft and supportive pillow. The weight of this mattress seems to prevent it from slipping around but time will tell. It cannot be flipped over however if needed could be spun around. It did not make any noise when moving around and as advertised, the edges seem to be reinforced. I would recommend this mattress and it seems like one that could be slept on nightly, not just for a guest bedroom. Honestly thinking about switching mine out!

so far so good. The box came damaged, but the mattress was flawless. It was super easy to set up. And inflated in no time. Has a strain smell, which I’m pretty sure will go away after it airs out. So far very comfortable, and I would highly recommend to anyone.
