Item arrived quickly and packaged great. It has great neck support but I do still wake up with a little sweat. Maybe it's just me. That's why I gave it 4 stars. But for most people it might just be fine.

It’s a firm but not too hard pillow. It’s cool to the touch but doesn’t really stay cool once you put pillow cover on. It comes with its own cover but I still put my own. It’s very comfy and provides a good night sleep and that was what I was looking for.

I’ve been using this pillow for two weeks now, and I think it’s great for a couple of reasons. First, it’s long enough to almost cover the entire top of a twin bed. I can sleep next to a toddler and we both fit. It’s also cool at night, which has been great in this heatwave. I do think it might be a bit thick for a very small person, but as an adult, it gives me great neck support at night.

I got this dual-sided memory foam pillow for my husband. While it says it’s cooling on one side he doesn’t really notice since it’s in a pillow case. He likes how big it is and the structure it has with being foam rather than feather filled. It did have a smell when we first opened it, but it has since dissipated.

I think it's a large, solid well made support pillow and the cover does make one side cooler. It holds my head higher than I prefer. My head sinks a little, but overall for a small woman, it's just too much. My husband likes it. I put a 5lb and then 10lb weight on the pillow in the pics and it doesn't sink very far. Most likely better for larger heavier heads, or side sleepers. I am impressed by the quality, and believe it is made in USA.
