Great pillow! I sleep with this when I have neck pain because it is supportive but comfortable. I would recommend this to someone who likes a more firm pillow. The item arrives well packed and quickly.

I wasnt expecting a pillow this substantial. It is heavy and firm and does not become deformed with use. I slept with this pillow a couple of nights. I like medium soft pillows, so this one wasnt right for me to sleep with. But I put it on my chair for a backrest and it was perfect. So with this one, I definitely think it depends on what you like and how you use it. It does need a cover which enhances the way it feels.

I just received and was impressed with how fast it expanded to the final shape. Definitely for a side sleeper only. It is the exact size of a standard size pillowcase so if you want the pillow to not show you would need to have queen size pillow cases.

This cooling pillow is so comfortable! It is cooling although I tried it without adding a pillow case to match my bedding. So I’m not sure if adding a pillow case on top of that would still feel cool. The size is a bit larger than the standard size but overall love this pillow and has helped me sleep smoothly through the night
