[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new mattress. Gives the perfect amount of support, not too soft or too firm. It’s very comfortable with the right amount of plushness. The only thing to note is the mattress seems smaller than my previous queen mattress so there is gap between the mattress and the bedframe.

It has a nice cushioned feel. The mattress is also quite tall, it looks the best to a traditional look bed frame. My only complaint is that there is no handle on the side of the mattress, so if you want to move or turn the mattress 180 degrees every 6 months, it’s a bit of work.

First and foremost, delivery was a breeze with the ability to pick the day of delivery - and then the team communicated thoroughly before delivery with a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. There was also a text notification that linked me to a delivery map so I could see how far away the delivery team was. The mattress material is incredibly soft yet cushioned to provide the support I need as a back and side sleeper. I feel like the pillow top has given it the extra “oomph” when adjusting to a new mattress as I have had no back aches or pains at all, just blissful sleep!

Even in hot weather i am not feeling hot at all and it is very comfortable too. When I move, it adapts my body very well.
