I prefer the medium-firm feel like this mattress compared to something too soft or overly firm. The queen size is perfect for a variety of situations/rooms. I’m glad I chose Serta who is an established brand with many years of experience. I also like the way the 14” depth looks in my guest room once I put all the bedding on. This is a great mattress to consider if you are looking for a traditional mattress with a balance of comfort and support.

The pressure was perfect for my back and I slept a lot better. The edges were soft and comfortable. The queen size was perfect for our bed and the queen size sheets and comforter fits perfectly. In love with this mattress.

Me personally, I like soft beds for my achy joints and I’m a side-sleeper, but firmer beds are better for young kids so I’ll give my opinions as best as I can. It’s truly medium firm— not so firm I feel like I’m sleeping on the floor, but not so soft that it conforms to my body shape. As a side-sleeper, I did feel the pressure in my shoulders after napping for a couple hours, but nothing too crazy. It’s not super bouncy which is great ‘cause you won’t feel it when someone moves on the other side. I feel like it has great edge support also as it doesn’t buckle under me at 180 lbs and actually feels slightly more concave towards the middle than the edges. Feels like a good, quality mattress if you can get it in a firmness that fits you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first revived this mattress 1 week ago I was skeptical. The mattress felt more firm the medium. I was very concerned that my husband would have issues sleeping and would wake up in pain. To my surprise and his, he actually slept really well that first night and never had his normal hip pain. We are a week in now and he loves that he is now getting better sleep! Thank you
