[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this bed in Queen size and medium firmness for our son’s room. Me personally, I like soft beds for my achy joints and I’m a side-sleeper, but firmer beds are better for young kids so I’ll give my opinions as best as I can. It’s truly medium firm— not so firm I feel like I’m sleeping on the floor, but not so soft that it conforms to my body shape. As a side-sleeper, I did feel the pressure in my shoulders after napping for a couple hours, but nothing too crazy. It’s not super bouncy which is great ‘cause you won’t feel it when someone moves on the other side. I feel like it has great edge support also as it doesn’t buckle under me at 180 lbs and actually feels slightly more concave towards the middle than the edges. Feels like a good, quality mattress if you can get it in a firmness that fits you.

I was very concerned that my husband would have issues sleeping and would wake up in pain. To my surprise and his, he actually slept really well that first night and never had his normal hip pain. We are a week in now and he loves that he is now getting better sleep! Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is medium softness, it has a sizable cushion/pillow top and beautiful stitching. My kids thought it was really fun to jump on as well. I have wider hips in comparison to my waist so it can be a challenge to find a supportive mattress. This is on the firm side for my figure and i think i need a little more give for my curves but my kids love it. If you like a medium soft bed, serta is really great quality and everything from the packaging to the delivery was very professional.
