Took 3 weeks to get these. The shipment was delayed and customer service had to investigate. Pillows are ok. Softer than expected.

I did purchase these illusion serial pillows at TJmaxx and loved them and wanted 2 more, but they had no more. I found them on wayfair and although they are the same pillow they seemed softer than my original ones. If you like softer pillows you may love these. I like the hybrid fill, the pillows bounce back to original shape and easy to fluff back into shape.

It’s a nice pillow. It’s well made and the fabric is nice. But this pillow is definitely not even close to being firm.

As described, and it got here sooner than expected.

I absolutely love the support this provides. I hope it holds up its shape in a few months.
