The plugging cord is too short. We had to reverse the heating pad in order to be able to plug it.

Warms up bed nicely. Automatic shut-off so I can go to bed with the comfort of warmth and not worry when I fall asleep that the bed is still turned on. Quality and ease of use is a five star in my opinion.
