I ordered a queen-size set and was delivered a full-size set—twice now. After I returned the incorrect item the first time, I specifically requested a queen-size replacement, yet they sent me the same full-size sheets again. To make matters worse, customer service told me it would be delivered by a certain date, and now the shipment is on hold and not expected to arrive until a full week after the date they gave me. Unbelievable.
