Wrong mattress; not as advertised. Was a full wave waterbed ($60) mattress ; not the waveless ($300) mattress on sale that I ordered. Customer support was worthless; the replacement was the exact same wrong mattress.

the mattress does not seem to be as thick or as durable as the mattress we had 20 years ago. I bought a mattress waterproof mattress cover but every morning I have to pull the cover down because it comes off during the night. I believe the mattress needs more water but as compared to the previous mattress it will be trial and error filling it. Plus it has a smell of vinyl or plastic. It's been ample time for the smell to have disapated.
