I have to review it from the total experience, because to me it does matter and I am sure for the other people who search the web to find the right waterbed. Unfortunately, there is NO YouTube video for this one and many other soft sided waterbed from Strobel. I have had five or six hard sided waterbeds so knew what to suspect. But, this Winners collection doesnt explain exactly what just a top is or isnt. It said it came with two covers. But, it doesnt show pictures of how they are describing something. So, I really spent over an hour with a competitor and had a similar bed but was about 200-300 more and couldnt go lower but better quality maybe. Anyway, at first I thought they sent the wrong size because when I put the mattress on top of my King Size....it looked smaller that a queen and thought it was wrong. As, my brain fog from surgery was letting me think for a moment.....I realized that the actual mattress that you feel water is about 6 of foam around it......3 at top, bottom and both sides. I should have made a video. There are 9 long tubes that you fill each one according to markings on the water mattress tube or your preference. Take the hose to them instead of trying to hoist them out of the bathtub. Oh, the two mattress pads. Again, a video or colored real pictures to help. They are VERY light.....stretchy.....to a point. The trick and it vaguely goes over this.....is one unzips and you put that down FIRST! Further steps will tell you to how to finish zipping that and then there is another that goes over the dry mattress pad that is provided. As far as the comfort I LOVE IT. I just hope it lasts with their 30 year warranty! So, the company itself needs a little motivation to make some great sales. Videos are a MUST anymore.
