The size is way off. Don't just order a Queen. Look how huge it is. I had to return. other than that, I liked it.

I did a "remote control" design consultation on the phone for my elderly mother who lives in another State. She had painted her walls a pale green, but had white bedding. She complained that it looked like something was missing. I knew that the real issue was that there was not enough contrast, so I asked her to trust me with the color. She lives in another State, and I know what her taste is. In lieu of painting the walls again, I decided to get a darker green for contrast. It worked. I knew it would. Matelasse is a nice all-season weight of fabric as it makes a nice backdrop for accent pillows. I would recommend purchasing it.

Exceptionally large even after I washed it. I’ll be doing some altering of the length as I am a seamstress. Glad it came w pillow shams and is all cotton. I’ve used it a week and it snags horribly unlike my other Mattelasse spreads I’ve had in the past; a pink one, a ten beige and a king beige one I was trying to replace.
