The item arrived but there's no holder. That's fine though. Wouldn't want to leave this sitting around for the kitties to waller over it. So, I put it in a safe place and mix my own batch of toothpaste, foaming mouthwash, a dollop of baking soda and a spritz of peroxide. Not sure about the buzzing sound it makes on one of the settings. Nevertheless, it's affordable compared to the Sonic device and works for me.
