Definitely as comfortable as the expensive counterparts, highly recommend buying this item

Not to sure about this product. When removed from the box it was folded in thirds and rolled. When I removed it and unrolled and flatten out. The memory foam had three humps. Hopefully they will flatten out in a while.

The first one I got did not expand fully. The second, same. Despite placing it flat, removing the cover, heating the room and blowing a fan on it. It’s been three weeks and the edges will not expand. Here’s both.

I would NOT recommend this mattress topper! I ordered two of them. I had only opened one because it is a bit heavy and I figured if I didn’t like it it would be difficult to get back in the box. I let this one sit for a week and this is what it looked like after that amount of time. It never did anything. When I tried to return it from the website, it said I had to take it to a UPS delivery site and pay to send it back. At that point I called customer service and had a terrible experience. The representative was rude and when I told about the mattress not fluffing up and therefore wanted to send both back. He told me I couldn’t send the unopened one back because I hadn’t opened it, so I didn’t really know if it was defective. I explained that it was hard to get the opened one back in the box, it was heavy and awkward (I am a single older woman, with back issues) and I didn’t want to take my chances. He said there was nothing else I could do unless I opened it. I have recently moved in to a new house and have purchased MANY items from Wayfair, as they are usually so good to work with. However, I had an issue with a delivery of another very large and heavy item and tried to discuss that with the representative and he basically called me a liar. (I will be adding a review for that as well) I don’t think I can even order from Wayfair again after this experience
