These pillows arrive very tightly packed. They are soft and easy to fluff up. When they arrive they are very flat at first and still very flat after following the fluffing instructions. The instructions even say you’ll be fluffing these pillows often to maintain their shape. Not ideal when looking for something to rest your head on. For best results, I recommend washing the pillows in Your washer per the care instructions and fluffing them with wool balls in the dryer after. That gets them very nice and fluffy like in The picture. That said, I would say these are great for decorative uses like in your pillow shams or with a fun cover. I would not recommend these to be your every day pillow as they do not offer adequate support and flatten very very easily.

Very nice, hotel quality pillows. They were packaged well and compressed. After I opened them they fluffed up quickly. They do have a bit of lint on them. Im going to fluff them in cold dryer or use a lint roller on them. Im expecting a good night sleep tonight!

These pillows are in the plush category (per the Specifications section on the product page) which is exactly what I was looking for; they're not too lofty which means they allow my head to be aligned with my body and NOT lifted up with my neck bent in an unnatural position. They are fluffy and lightweight and very comfortable and can be scrunched up if you want to do that. They come in their own fabric cases which make for a nice presentation if given as gifts. The seams are well done, and the cover fabric is nice. An instruction card for fluffing is included, and they fluff up right away. BTW, if you normally use standard size pillows on your queen bed, as I have in the past, do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money for the queen-size pillows. I finally have pillows that fit my bed LOL! Love them and the bed looks so much better, too.
