The shower curtain arrived badly folded in an unlabeled plastic bag (the kind you would normally have a shower curtain in). There are gray shadows across the whole top of the shower curtain. Obviously, someone else returned this, and it was never checked out before it was sent to me. On Dec. 1, I used the chat function in an attempt to exchange it. It told me that while I could just keep the bad one, the new curtain would be shipped on Dec. 22 and received by Dec. 27! So I tried a live person. It took her almost 15 minutes simply to arrange for me to return the shower curtain. And I can't imagine how long it would have taken if I hadn't told her several times that I needed to leave (I stupidly assumed it would just take a few minutes). This is not the first damaged item that I have received, and after such bad customer service, I think I'm done with Wayfair. Sadly, I did like the shower curtain overall.
