Coussin en duvet Sound Sleep Comfort

This is a scam product, and this purchase has hurt my trust in Wayfair as well. DO NOT BUY. I will absolutely be getting a refund. Look at the wedge pillow. There is NO FACE HOLE as the product image shows. There’s one groove, but otherwise when you lay down as you’re supposed to, you just suffocate into the wedge pillow. And the few other reviews were right about the face hole, it’s too big! No average person is going to be able to use this because your face will just slip through. The length of the hole is about 6.5 inches, so according to science and the internet if the average women’s face is 7 inches and average men’s face is 7.5 inches, then with the soft material your face is going to fall through. Not that I was able to full test it because I was only able to suffocate into my wedge pillow. My frustration with this product is high because I have actual body pain that this was going to help with. What a complete waste of time and money and personal suffering. Disappointed in this product and Wayfair.

The head opening is too large. Your head just falls right through it. It's too late for me to return. The pillow fabric is good, and it is sturdy, but the reason you need it, the head opening, is wrong.

The packaging on this pillow is unlike anything I've ever seen! It was in this super cool giant package with the woven strings all yhe way around so all I had to do was snip the ends of one side of the package and pull. Suuuuper fun to open!! I'm keeping the bag too! The pillow is pretty great too. Haven't used it yet as I got it for when I have migraines and can't put pressure on the back of my head... the fabric is really nice and soft and the pillow is not too firm. I should just lay on it and see how it feels so I can give this a more useful review... Hopefully I can edit my review after I try it without a migraine... Be back soon... :)
