I was hesitant to order these initially because of the low rated reviews; however, I am so happy I did. Like other reviews have mentioned it comes in a set of two, which is great, and these compliment the other pillows we have. They are a light-medium firmness, so I would suggest having these as the top layer. I am a stomach sleeper, and my partner is a back sleeper, and both of us really like them.
